Keith Kockenmeister is a Senior Director in the CMBS Group at Kroll Bond Rating Agency, Inc.  Previously, Keith worked at Deutsche Bank as a Director on the Large Loan CMBS team.  Prior to Deutsche Bank, Keith worked as a Director at GE Real Estate in the Capital Markets Group and at Standard & Poor’s in the CMBS Group.  Keith has 25 years of commercial real estate experience and also was a Vice President in NatWest Bank’s Credit Policy Group.  He received a BA in Geography from the University of Connecticut and an MS in Real Estate Finance from New York University’s Schack Institute. In addition, Keith obtained his Member of the Appraisal Institute (MAI) designation in 1992.
