Nitin Bhasin CFA is a Senior Director in the CMBS group at Kroll Bond Rating Agency, Inc.  Prior to joining Kroll, Nitin was a Vice President of Strategy Research and Head of new business line development at Copal Partners in both Hong Kong and New Delhi.  Prior to that he was a Vice President at Wachovia’s securitization and principal investing desks in New York, where he provided advisory in over $5.0 billion of commercial real estate and esoteric asset transactions, and invested over $2.0 billion of equity and debt.  Nitin holds an MBA from Wake Forest University, and a Bachelors of Architecture and Building Science from Punjab University in India.  He is also a CFA charterholder.
