Troy Doll is a Senior Director in the CMBS group at Kroll Bond Rating Agency, Inc.  Prior to joining Kroll, Troy was a Senior Vice President/Chief Underwriter of Realpoint LLC, a Morningstar company. Prior to his work with Realpoint, Troy was a Vice President in charge of Large Loan Securitizations and CRE CDO’s for Lehman Brothers Inc. Prior to his work at Lehman Brothers, Troy was a Director on Standard & Poor’s CMBS team. Troy holds a J.D. from Columbia University School of Law and a BS from New York University's Stern School of Business.  Prior to S&P, Troy was corporate counsel at Marriott International, Inc., and an associate with Dechert LLP, and Tenzer Greenblatt LLP.
