Eric Thompson is a Managing Director responsible for CMBS at Kroll Bond Rating Agency, Inc. Previously, Eric was a Managing Director and Lead Analytical Manager for U.S. CMBS Surveillance at Standard & Poor's, and has fifteen years of Structured Finance experience. Eric is an active member of the Commercial Real Estate Finance Council (CREFC) and has chaired several working groups and committees for the organization. Prior to working in Structured Finance Eric worked in the accounting field. He received a BS in accounting from Rutgers University and is a CPA.
