Glenn Costello is a Senior Managing Director responsible for model development and research at Kroll Bond Rating Agency, Inc.  Glenn has 20 years of experience in structured finance, both as a rating agency analyst and a sell-side strategist. Prior to joining Kroll, Glenn spent a year at BTIG, helping to launch their structured finance group as a desk analyst and strategist.  Before BTIG, Glenn spent 5 years at Fitch Ratings, first as head of the RMBS ratings group and then as Group Credit Risk Officer for Structured Finance. In these roles Glenn performed a variety of modeling, criteria development, research and credit ratings oversight functions.  From 2000 to 2005, Glenn was part of the Institutional Investor award-winning structured finance research group at Merrill Lynch, where he was Home Equity strategist. Glenn did his first stint at Fitch Investors Service for 10 years prior to joining Merrill, working in the RMBS group and in Information Technology.  Glenn's research appears in two books on structured finance and has a large body of published commentary and research. He speaks often at industry events. Glenn holds a degree from Tulane University (BS Eng. `84).
