Rosemary Kelley is a Senior Director at Kroll Bond Ratings responsible for Consumer ABS. Prior to joining Kroll, Rosemary was a Senior Vice President at DBRS, Inc. in the Asset Backed Securities Group focusing on Consumer ABS. Rosemary rated over $25 billion in financings at DBRS in the auto loan, auto lease, dealer floorplan, credit card, student loan and rental car sectors. Before DBRS, Rosemary spent ten years at MBIA Insurance Corporation, most recently as a Director in the Structured Finance department where she originated and analyzed consumer asset-backed securitizations in the auto finance, student loan, credit card, timeshare loan, unsecured Japanese consumer loan, and rental car sectors. She had previously managed MBIA's portfolio management unit responsible for monitoring consumer asset-backed securitizations. Rosemary has a BA from Manhattanville College and a MBA from Columbia University Graduate School of Business.
