Thomas Randazzo is a Managing Director in Public Finance at Kroll Bond Rating Agency, Inc. From 2002 until 2008, Thomas was a Managing Director and the first Head of Public Finance at financial guaranty company XLCA (now Syncora). Prior to joining XLCA Thomas was with Ambac for more than 9 years where he held various positions in Public Finance. His last position at Ambac was as First Vice President responsible for establishing Ambac new business initiatives in structured municipal finance. Thomas received a BS from the United States Merchant Marine Academy and an MBA from New York University.
