Eric Hudson

Managing Director, Structured Credit
Eric Hudson is a Managing Director and Head of the Structured Credit group with a focus on CLOs, CDOs and warehouse financing transactions at Kroll Bond Rating Agency. Hudson joined KBRA after 11 years at S&P Global Ratings where he held various roles within their structured finance ratings practice. Most recently, he was a Senior Director and Analytical Manager for the U.S. Structured Credit group where he led the team that was responsible for assigning ratings to all newly-issued CLO and CDO transactions. In addition to managing a multi-regional team of analysts, Eric served as the face of S&P’s CLO team, leading outreach efforts amongst arrangers and collateral managers, hosting various investor roundtable events and serving as a speaker at numerous industry conferences. Previously, Hudson served as a primary rating analyst on numerous structured credit transactions, including CLOs, timeshare securitizations and leveraged fund transactions, amongst others. Before joining S&P, Eric held positions within the Assurance and Structured Finance practices of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in New York. Hudson holds a BS in Accounting and an MBA in Finance and Accounting from Fairfield University. He also earned his CPA license in the State of New York.
