Jason Lilien is a Managing Director of Business Development, focusing on Structured Credit, including CLOs, CDOs, and Warehousing, at Kroll Bond Rating Agency. Jason joined KBRA from Goldman Sachs, where he spent 14 years in both the Securities and Investment Banking Divisions. Most recently, Lilien was a Vice President in Client Relationship Management & Strategy, where he was responsible for product-agnostic and holistic coverage for the largest and most complex clients of the Securities Division including asset managers, hedge funds, insurance companies, and alternative asset managers. Previously, he was part of the Short-Term Interest Rate Trading team, where he traded U.S. Treasury repo, futures, and swaps. Prior to that, Jason was part of the Investment Grade Trading desk where he traded short and intermediate duration debt for corporates, financials, as well as asset-backed issuers. Jason began his career at Goldman Sachs as an analyst in the Investment Banking Division as part of the Money Markets desk where he advised on and underwrote debt on behalf of corporates, financials, and asset-backed issuers. Lilien earned a BS with a dual major in Finance and Accounting from the Whitman School of Management at Syracuse University.
