KBRA Withdraws Ratings on American Credit Acceptance Receivables Trust 2020-4

KBRA withdraws the ratings on the outstanding classes of notes issued by American Credit Acceptance Receivables Trust 2020-4 (“ACAR 2020-4”), an auto loan ABS transaction that closed on October 29, 2020. At closing, ACAR 2020-4 had six classes of notes totaling $547.00 million. This action reflects American Credit Acceptance’s decision to exercise the optional redemption of all outstanding notes pursuant to the Sale and Servicing Agreement dated October 1, 2020. The optional redemption was elected as a result of the pool factor being at or below 20%.
